Shipping policy

Processing & Production Time Most of our apparel is made to order through our print-on-demand partner. Please allow 2–7 business days for your item to be produced before it ships. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Times (United States) Once your order has been fulfilled, standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days. Total delivery time = production time + shipping time.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates for these items are calculated at checkout based on your order. We offer free shipping on qualifying orders — see checkout for current thresholds.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Separate Shipments Some orders may include items fulfilled separately. If your order contains both print-on-demand and in-stock items, they may arrive in separate packages at different times.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at shortrunstudiowi@gmail.com and we'll work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue.
