Welcome to Short Run Studio! By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following terms.

1. General These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and merchants. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

2. Products Most apparel items are made to order through our print-on-demand partner. Product colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings and print processes. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

3. Orders & Payment By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment must be received in full before an order is fulfilled.

4. Pricing All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for pricing errors and reserve the right to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price.

5. Production & Shipping Print-on-demand items require 2–7 business days for production before shipping. Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Some orders may ship in multiple packages. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

6. Returns & Exchanges Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective. In that case, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we will make it right.

7. Intellectual Property All designs, graphics, and content on this site are the property of Liz Schaefer Design, LLC DBA Short Run Studio. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability Liz Schaefer Design, LLC DBA Short Run Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item in question.

9. Privacy Your use of our site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
